Studio policies:
 
late arrival:
if you are more than 10 mins late, a €5 fee will be charged
if you are more than 15 mins late, the appointment will be cancelled and the full price of the booked treatment will be charged.
 
cancellation:
cancel your appointment atleast 48hrs before without a fee.
if you cancel your appointment 24hrs before, 50% of the treatment will be charged.
if you cancel on the same day, 100% of the treatment will be charged.
 
rescheduling appointments:
reschaduling an appointment is free of charge, provided it is done atleast 48hrs in advance.
 
guarantee:
if any issue accur within 7 days after the treatment, they will be repaired free of charge. the appointment must be scheduled within this period. 
not sasitfied with your nails? please mention this during the appointment. after the appointment has ended, no further adjustments can be made.
 
payments:
cash only!
money transfers will be charged €5,- extra.
please bring exact cash (i dont always have change in the studio).
 
deposit:
to secure an appointment, a €15 deposit must be paid. this is non-refunable.
 
agreement:
by paying the deposit, you automatically agree to all the above house rules.
